Mount Ararat (5,137 m) is Türkiye’s highest mountain and a legendary destination for mountaineers from around the world. This 6-day Mount Ararat climbing program offers a comfortable schedule with better acclimatization before the summit attempt.
The expedition includes professional mountain guides, organized camps, porter and horse support, and full logistical assistance. The route is non-technical but requires good physical condition and determination.
Climbers who reach the summit are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views across Eastern Türkiye, Iran, and Armenia.
Our team will meet you at Ağrı Airport and transfer you to Doğubayazıt.
After checking into the hotel you will meet your guide and prepare for the Mount Ararat expedition.
Overnight: Hotel in Doğubayazıt
After breakfast we drive to the starting point on Mount Ararat at 2,200 meters.
From here we begin trekking towards Camp 1 at 3,200 meters. Horses carry the camping equipment and main luggage.
The hike takes approximately 4–5 hours depending on the group’s pace.

Overnight: Camp 1 (3,200 m)
After breakfast we continue trekking to Camp 2 at 4,200 meters.
This stage takes approximately 3–4 hours and helps climbers adapt to the altitude before summit day.

Overnight: Camp 2 (4,200 m)
Early in the morning we begin the summit attempt.
The climb to the summit of Mount Ararat (5,137 m) offers incredible views across Türkiye, Iran, and Armenia.
After reaching the summit we descend back to Camp 1 at 3,200 meters.

Overnight: Camp 1 (3,200 m)
After breakfast we descend from Camp 1 to the vehicle point at 2,200 meters.
From there we drive back to Doğubayazıt and check into the hotel.
Overnight: Hotel in Doğubayazıt
After breakfast we transfer you from Doğubayazıt to Ağrı Airport for your departure flight.
